How I Started
The Doctor said to change life style or die young. Went to the gym that very day and joined. Lost 52#s from 243 to 191 pounds. Then started to put on muscle. Now I'm 250, bulking up.
I must admit, that at age 36 to 40yrs, I was in excellent BB shape! Just quit for personal reasons. After I balanced my emotional and spiritual life, it was time to take care of my body again. JUST IN TIME!!!
Why I Love it
At 60 years old, walking around in a tank top I get stopped every time by young guys either to shake my hand and say how incredible I look, and then ask "How old are you?" When I say "60", the look on their faces are priceless! "Man I hope I look that good at 60, in fact, I wish i looked that good now!" That's why I do it.
